HVAC & Cleanroom Inspection

HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. It is a general term for indoor environmental comfort, which provides indoor air quality (air changes per hour, temperature, and humidity).

HVAC is actually the most complex and important system of a cleanroom facility as the HVAC is responsible for controlling air cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure. A HVAC system includes, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, thermostat, ducts & vents. Objective of Cleanroom operation are, to maximize productivity, to reduce rejection, to achieve unbiased experimentation, to prevent contamination, to increase product shelf life.

Typical Cleanroom applications for Various Segments of Users are Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Food, Medical-Surgical Transplants, Surgical Suites, I.V. Drug Injection, Blood Banks.

Inspection of HVAC system includes, Airflow Velocity & Uniformity, Air Change Per Hour (ACPH), HEPA Filter Integrity Inspection, Airborne particle count, Room Recovery Air Flow Visualization, Room pressurization, Sound Level, Light Level, Room Temperature & Humidity Mapping.
